LOGAN MARTIN JUNE 2005

started on humps and points today catching some small spots here and there . I caught fish in 12 to 15 foot of water on 3/16 spotsticker's and hand poured finesse worms in SS Magic . I did not catch alot of size with only about 8 keeper fish with a couple of decent fish on the humps. I moved to docks at around 11:00 and picked up 3 more keeper fish with one of those being a pretty good fish. Best 5 around 9 pounds . I skipped spotsticker hand pours under docks in 6 to 8 feet of water with melon murder being the choice color . For the last few years Logan martin for me in the hot summer months seems to produce a little better in the evening around the docks rather than morning, that may be something to try if you are going to be around the lake in the late afternoon and if you do keep a 1/8 bill norman tied on and a fish head spin for some schooling action that usually doesn't last long but most time's you are able to connect with two or three before they go down . Good Fishing and God Bless !
