GUNTERSVILLE MARCH 2008Capt. Chris JacksonFins-N-Grins Freshwater Adventures 205-706-2425 http://www.finsngrinsfishing.com "no man ever died wishing he had spent more time at the office." -Malcom Forbes Submitted by FINS -N- GRINS FRESHWATER ADVENTURES Date Fished: 3/27/2008 Water Temperature: 60 Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Got out today with some great clients from Marks Outdoors. We fished about 7 hours before the winds just got the best of them. We had to work on pockets of main lake flats most of the day. My clients were boating what fish we caught on a couple of baits from the Rattle Head Spinnerbait(white/chart, 3/4), Jackall TN70(Ghost Minnow), and Netbait Salt lick. I boated one on a Lake Fork Magic Shad and one on a Davis Paca Jig. I did notice it appears they pulled the plug on the lake driving most of the buck bass that were up and getting beds ready for spawn back off to deeper water. Our best fish were caught in 3-6 feet of water. The biggest trick is finding good grass, in pockets from the winds(not muddy water), and other structure in the same areas. Once you find that stick with the area, it will produce in due time. I have some days next week and still booking for April and May. See you on the water. God Bless Phil.4:13
