LAKE SEMINOLE MAY 2008

May 2, 2008

LAKE SEMINOLE IS DOWN ONE FOOT, CLEAR & 72 DEGREES

Bass fishing is fair on worms and jigs on the trees and docks. In the lower lakes creeks flip docks with a Texas rigged Culprit black shad worm. Use larger worms in dark colors and add the Real Craw scent. Cast to the same spot with several casts. Use a Zoom red shad u tail worm on a Texas rig and work the edges of the grass beds. Also a Leverage gold buzz bait will work all day. Also the 7A Bomber in crawfish or fire tiger colors right on the docks. Up the rivers flip a large worm or spinner bait around the banks and drop them into the cuts under the big trees right on the bank.

Crappie fishing is fair as they are still shallow in the in the creeks. There are schools tight on brush and they are biting using live minnows. The fish are the next to the creek channels and use live bait.
