TOURNAMENT RULES
- The tournament will be conducted by Mark's Outdoor Sports.
- Tournament hours will be from safe daylight to 3:00 p.m. (first
flight). All boats must check-in atdesignated site by 3:00 p.m.
(first flight - or designated check-in time by flight) or be disqualified.
- All fish brought to the weigh-in will be returned to the water
after weigh-in.
- No alcoholic beverages will be allowed in the boat during tournament.
- The tournament committee reserves the right to disqualify questionable
fish (iced, damaged, etc.)
- Only largemouth and spotted bass will be weighed - 12' minimum.
- There will be a five fish limit per boat. Only live fish will
be weighed in.
- No trolling, live bait or fishing within 50 yards of another
boat or marina (launch).
- Contestants will wear a lifejacket and will have a kill switch
(when main motor is so equipped) attached to person or driver
whenever the main motor is running.
- Mark's Outdoor Sports will inspect all livewells and
boats prior to the start of the tournament.
- Contestants will abide by all Alabama water safety standards.
- Single fishermen are allowed.
- Children are 16 years of age or younger.
- It will be an expressed condition that all prize winners will
be subject to a polygraph test and must pass the test, which will
be administered by a licensed polygraph tester, in order to win
the prize.
- Any condition arising which is not covered by the above rules
will be resolved by the tournament committee (to be annonced during
rules reading), whose decision will be final.
Pre-registration insures early flight placement. Send entry
form and check payable to Mark's Outdoor Sports. Registration will
also be held on the day of the tournament, beginning at 3:00a.m.,
at Paradise Point Marina. registrations must be postmarked no later
than April 1st, 2005.
BOAT DRAWING RULES - IT'S SIMPLE!
- One or both partners must test drive a new SkeeterBoat during test days. Appr. time needed 5-10 min.
- At completion of test run, you will receive a certificate.
- During the weigh-in, a boat number will be drawn.
- If that number matches yours and you have a certificate, you win!
- If both partners take the test drive, the rig will be upgraded
to a 20' Skeeter with Yamaha 200 FREE!
- If neither participant took the test drive, we will draw again until a winner is found.
- Certificates are not transferrable and winners will be verified.
